Dear IANA

The following phrase from your FAQ page:

"Input from governments will be considered in forming
policies and procedures."

is one of the scariest things I have ever read.
Governments as contributors like anyone else. Not quite
as scary, whoops shouldn't be saying this (given who I
work for), as the WTO however.

But it's good, I think, I hope, that you guys are
there, not Rupert Murdoch. Let's hope the spirit of Jon
Postel survives! Good luck!
