Dear Sir/Madam,
I was deeply concerned to read about the proposed changes to the rules
governing exposure of WHOIS database details.
The WWW is a wide open place, and should remain that way. Exactly because
of this, measures to retain user privacy are of utmost importance. The
identity of site owners should not be casually divulged without sound
reasons and due process.
I urge you to respect internet users' rights to privacy and due process.
