Domain name information protection is an important safety issue

It’s important for small people on the internet to be able to protect their 
information. Many individuals use google ads or accept donations and could be 
included in the scope of your new proposal.   If you’re familiar with doxxing 
and other online harassment techniques, you know that all it takes is a hateful 
person to put your information or the information about your family out on the 
net.  This isn’t solely a privacy issue, it;s a SAFETY issue.  I believe you 
would want the same privacy for your family members.

Please do not adopt this new policy, at the very least until the definitions 
are more clearly defined to protect individuals.
