Charles, all,
Nice try to keep the call at 90 minutes ... but I would like to point out
several challenges that make it an uphill task.

In spite of best efforts, calls usually start about 5-10 minutes into the
time period, and we spend a required 5-10 minutes on
administrative/reporting tasks, which leave us a scant hour+ to discuss
significant topics.

I realize that for many, these calls are a "necessary pain"; however it
seems unlikely that we will have enough time to engage in real discussions
on the calls that lead to decisions if we starve ourselves of time.

If we do go to a single call, then I will request that we allow 120 minutes;
of course, if we are talked out prior to that time, the calls will promptly
end.  Some of you may have noticed that I endeavor to have calls end close
to the scheduled time regardless of start time.

I prefer a third option, one call 90 min. with a new timing (maybe
between the current two) weekly.
