XXX is an unnecessary step

the introduction of .xxx is completely uncecessary - from what it seems the 
pornographers aren't going to use it anyway (they dont want it), and should 
some of them use it, then they won't abandon their "dot com's" anyway so it 
will have no benefit for the society
