The Internet has provided the means to disseminate
live-saving health information virtually instantly to every corner of the planet.
At the same time, it has provided the means to promote every type of health scam
imaginable. Having a top-level domain, controlled by the an organization
such as the World Health Organization, would be a giant step forward towards insuring
quality of information. I urge the adoption of the .health top-level domain
with the World Health Organization as the issuing authority.
