I agree with the broad proposal but it must also be able
to deliver. The necessary resources should be given to the WHO and also these resources
should not be conditional on following the policies of some large western governments
(you know who you are !).In return the WHO should be transparent in its application
processes and clear about the quality and volumes of health information expected
