I would like to apologize to Bruce for the confusion.
These have been hectic days, and something fell through the cracks: I
believe that we should now slow down and think.
Anyway, either there has been a vote (or a consensus statement), and I
missed it, and I beg your indulgence, or there has not been a vote, and I
beg your indulgence anyway, you will see a proper request after proper
discussion.
It is now very late in this part of the world, and in less than six hours I
have a breakfast meeting.
Please excuse myself.
