The point is that we should set ourselves a regular non-slippable date to
vote. If we have that date set, then Bruce will know when he has to send us
the dd forms, Jean will know whento set up the voting tool, etc.
So are we still waiting on Bruce to send us forms, or o do more dd on other
forms? Or can Jean start to set up the vote and we can vote next week?

The real problem we face is, that we do not have all and I hope that
Bruce can send them to us soon.
