As you will see when the agenda comes out for Thursday, I have (I
hope!) a brief slot to introduce the various new elements of the ICT
framework for At large. Once that is done, and the memberclicks demo
is over, perhaps we could discuss how to leverage all of that to allow
the regions to participate?

FYI, the lists are all live, excepting the latin american lists - I
haven't transitioned those over to 'our' new lists yet due to SP time
constraints. I hope to have that done before SP, but first I need to
finish the minutes of the last ALAC meeting :)

All excellent questions that are completely unresolved at this point.
Historically, ICANN has often given us so little time to respond to a
proposed activity that we can barely poll the members of the ALAC, much
less all the ALSes, and since the mailing lists were basically not
maintained or updated, it was very difficult to contact the ALSes when we
wanted to.

I would suggest a procedure in which, assuming the ALS list is now
reasonably up to date, we write to the ALSes, ask them to comment, post
the comments on our web site, and try to synthesize their comments when
developing our position.
