Hi Denise,

Jonathan Shea will represent HKIRC on this conference call. Because I have
a meeting at 5pm to 6pm on that day and there may be a slight overrun, I may

Importance: High

Greetings.

As agreed at the APRALO organizing meeting in Wellington, a follow-up
conference call has been scheduled to finalize the proposed APRRALO
bylaws and draft memorandum of understanding (MOU).

** The conference call has been scheduled for Tuesday, 2 May beginning
at 10:00AM UTC (8:00 PM Sydney, 6:00 PM Hong Kong, 1:00 PM Amman; check
your local time at
<http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/meeting.html>). ** Dialing
information is included below.

The attached versions of the bylaws and MOU were discussed in
Wellington, and it was agreed that each user organization involved in
At-Large in the Asia-Pacific region would be asked to review them and be
prepared to discuss any proposed changes or issues on the conference call.

** Please indicate by the end of this week (via email to
<apralo@xxxxxxxxxx>) who will represent your organization on this
conference call. (Your group is welcome to have multiple participants on
the call; please confirm their attendance and indicate who will be the
lead representative.) **

Also, if possible, please share any edits, questions, or issues with the
APRALO organizing group <apralo@xxxxxxxxxx> prior to 2 May to help
ensure all matters are fully addressed.

Thank you for participation.
