[board-09georegionswg] Categories of Uses of ICANN Regions

Dear All,

I attach our recommended "Uses of ICANN Regions" Categories and their 
definitions.  I've also included a copy of Rob's combined table to which I've 
added a column containing my attempt at using these new categories.  Some rows 
are not categorized because I feel the item is not strictly a "use" but rather 
is "background or supporting information" .  Others are not categorized because 
I'm not sure which to use!  Please review both documents and let me have your 
comments/concerns.
