[dssa] weekly status report

hi all,

the big news this week is that we accepted the Confidentiality Guidelines as a 
consensus item.  well, and we took a look at a very early-draft version of the 
report.  looks like we're on track for a nice report by Prague.  we'll focus on 
"immediate recommendations" on the call coming up this week and see if we can 
bash out a list of ideas for the draft.
