Dear Paul Twomey,
you are inviting comments on this motion.
I fully agree with the changes proposed by this motion, except that I
believe a 10 per cent ceiling for refund is too low a figure. 20 per cent,
or even 30 per cent of the total number of newly registered domains, would
seem to be more pratical, and it would certainly achieve the same aim of
discouraging abusive domain tasting practices.
