[gnso-ccwg-dt] Some more suggested edits to the principles document

For those who do not know, I have decided to join this group along with 
Jonathan from the RySG with the understanding that Jonathan will still be the 
primary RySG representative.

I attached a red-lined version of the principles showing some suggested edits 
with comments explaining my thinking.  If I had a Word version of the document 
instead of a PDF, I would have integrated my edits with those submitted by 
others.

I will do my best to participate in the call today but likely will not have 
online access because I will be driving my wife to have a medical procedure.
