Thank you for your helpful edits.  I have integrated them with those from John 
in the attached document in Word and PDF.  This is the version I will display 
in the Adobe Connect room too unless there are further changes.

I attached a red-lined version of the principles showing some suggested edits 
with comments explaining my thinking.  If I had a Word version of the document 
instead of a PDF, I would have integrated my edits with those submitted by 
others.

I will do my best to participate in the call today but likely will not have 
online access because I will be driving my wife to have a medical procedure.
