WG Members, Please find attached the entire package of the Final Report. I included a clean and red-line version for v1.6. If you have any suggested changes, please make them within the v1.6_clean document. The remaining attachments are the supplements to the Final Report in PDF form. We will review through these documents in our last meeting on 8 Nov 2013 @ 14:00 UTC. We will also review the draft resolutions for the GNSO Council sent earlier by Mary. All suggested changes to the Final report shall be submitted to the list by 8 November 2013, 19:00 UTC. We must meet the 10 Nov 2013, 23:59 UTC deadline to submit the report and motion to the GNSO Council. WG members have until 15 November 2013, 19:00 UTC to submit a revision or new minority statement for your respective group.
