As discussed on our call yesterday, please find attached for your review the 
proposed IRTP Part B Public Comment Announcement Text. Note that this is the 
same version that was sent out last week. Please send your comments / edits to 
the mailing list at the latest by COB on Friday 4 September. If no substantial 
changes are proposed, the public comment forum will be opened in the beginning 
of next week.
