Proposed Agenda – IRTP Part B WG Meeting, 4 May 2010

1. Roll Call
 2. Review Initial Report and continue discussing next steps to deliver report 
by Monday 31 May at the latest:
     Issue A – Updated Expedited Transfer Reverse Policy to be incorporated in 
draft report
     Issue B – see email from James to the mailing list (see 
http://forum.icann.org/lists/gnso-irtp-b-jun09/msg00194.html)
     Issue C  - Matt M sent email to mailing list to kick off discussion on 
possible solutions (see 
http://forum.icann.org/lists/gnso-irtp-b-jun09/msg00196.html)
     Issue D – Consider recommendations to reflect that when a lock is 
utilized, it is reflected in the WHOIS record. Should use of locks be 
standardized?
     Issue E - Definitions needed on what is "readily accessible and reasonable 
means"
     Note, that until 31 May, there are 4 meetings remaining (4, 11, 18, 25 May)
