Dear All, Please find below the proposed agenda for tomorrow’s IRTP Part B WG meeting as well as a reminder of our action items of last week’s meeting. Attached and posted on the wiki (https://st.icann.org/irtp-partb/index.cgi?irtp_part_b) you will find an updated version of the draft Initial Report that incorporates a number of draft recommendations discussed. In addition to the draft recommendations, I would also like to encourage you to review the other parts of the document so that any edits / changes can be reviewed and discussed by the WG in time for the publication deadline of 31 May. Roll Call 2. Review Initial Report and continue discussing next steps to deliver report by Monday 31 May at the latest: Issue A – Updated Expedited Transfer Reverse Policy to be incorporated in draft report (summary added to Initial Report – still awaiting edits from Michael and Kevin) Issue B – draft language added to Initial Report for review following last week’s discussion, incl. draft recommendation provided by James Issue C - draft language added to Initial Report for review based on Matt Mansell’s email to the mailing list (see http://forum.icann.org/lists/gnso-irtp-b-jun09/msg00196.html) Issue D – Consider recommendations to reflect that when a lock is utilized, it is reflected in the WHOIS record. Should use of locks be standardized? (Awaiting proposed language from Michele) Issue E - Draft recommendation added to Initial Report for review – results of poll on the mailing list indicate rough consensus for 5 calendar days, with one person expressing support for 5 working days. In addition, proposal to include examples of ‘readily accessible and reasonable means’, and change ‘facilitating removing’ to ‘remove’.
