[gnso-lockpdp-wg] WIPO comments to draft revised surveys

Dear WG members,

Please find attached WIPO's comments to the most recent (25-May) Provider 
questionnaire, along with a few merely textual/grammatical suggestions for the 
Registrar questionnaire.

We believe that for the Registrar questionnaire, in particular for data 
integrity (not to mention consistency with the Provider questions), that the 
Registrar's be asked to indicate the UDRP data set on which their responses are 
based;  this will also assist in understanding the appropriate weight to be 
accorded the responses (e.g., if a response indicates 85% as an answer to a 
particular question, without the context of the number of cases the response is 
based on, the answer data might at best be somewhat misleading, or may impact 
further work by contributing to imprecise data foundations).
