Subject: For your review - sub-team template
Dear All,
As discussed previously, a possible way to facilitate the work of the sub-teams
would be to provide them with a template that would need to be completed. This
may help guide the discussions while at the same time ensure that feedback is
provided in a similar format which would facilitate the development of the
Initial Report. We've taken a first stab at developing a possible template and
have come up with the following questions:
Sub-Team Template
Issue A
Question 1 – Please define / describe Issue A
Question 2 – Describe the circumstances of Issue A in a 'thin' Whois environment
Question 3 – Describe the circumstances of Issue A in a 'thick' Whois
environment
Question 4 – Identify the advantages of 'thick' Whois for issue A (please try
to quantify or provide data if possible / available)
Question 5 – Identify the downsides of 'thick' Whois for issue A (please try to
quantify or provide data if possible / available)
Question 6 – Based on your responses to question 4 and 5, please make a
recommendation for whether 'thick' Whois would be recommended only taking into
account Issue A
Question 7 – If your response to question 6 is that 'thick' Whois should be
recommended, please provide any additional considerations with regards to
implementation in relation to Issue A that should be taken into account
Please feel free to share any comments and/or edits you may have with the
mailing list. We can review this in further detail at our next meeting.
With best regards,
Marika
