Should all the fine introductory material you have sent us not be posted on
the Wiki?

It is public domain information?
It will help and future members of the team to see the background.

Who drafted the "ICANN Board Recommendations DRAFT Checklist"    documents?
I don't have a problem with them, in fact they are very good helpful, but as
it does not say they tend to "float" in the document chain.

If there is something important missing (that was in the LSE report, or the
BCG report) we are in danger of looking back in six months to find we
started from a 'floating' document'.

Let our critique help us develop communication recommendations.
