2- Exchange of comments about rough consensus for sending 1.4 toolkit
document, as an independent document, to the OSC and to the GNSO Council.
Due dates for recieveing minority reports.
Ideas for document´s format.

Subtasks 1.1 and 1.2:
Several comments were recieved from subtask participants and were
incorporated by Subtask leaders SS and Victoria.
Due dates for recieveing Working team comments.
Subtask 1.3:
No comments were recieved from the Working Team.
