In  my understanding the idea behind this is to develop multimedia materials
that could be available before or after the workshop including some useful
presentations that were done during it.
For example if there are introductory workshops, then a video can be made
with the presentations in a shorter and more dynamic version in order to be
shared among different communities. Also it is not very difficult to add
captioning and it can be used in several languages.

Considering your comment we could change the language in the document like "
Developing, coordinating or facilitating the creation of tutorial
modules...."

Post marks means that the logos of the sponsors can be added to the teaching
materials, signs and other elements that are used in the training.
Please if you can suggest a better language to explain this idea in English.
