All, Here is a revised version incorporating Wolf's changes with one exception. I did not understand to which text Wolf is referring in section 5.4 since as of now for "Council Initiation of a Policy Development Process" there is only a reference to Annex A of the Bylaws. Wolf, if you could provide additional clarification to assist me in understanding your suggested change, I would be grateful. Thanks! In this version, all of the agreed-upon changes are now in red (as additions), black with strike-out (as deletions from the original), or black not stricken (no change from original). Note that we have yet to address section 18, which is new because it was dropped from the ICANN Bylaws and recommended for inclusion in the Operating Procedures. This document also will be posted on the wiki at: https://st.icann.org/icann-osc/index.cgi?gnso_operations_team. ACTIONS: At the end of the meeting Ray asked for Work Team members to review the latest version of the document and provide comments/changes on the Work Team email list no later than this Friday, 11 September.
