Julie, regarding section 5.4: The heading "Council initiation" is already in the bylaws, X, Annex A. According to the discussion within the PDP-WT it should remain and the language should be clarified. In this version, all of the agreed-upon changes are now in red (as additions), black with strike-out (as deletions from the original), or black not stricken (no change from original). Note that we have yet to address section 18, which is new because it was dropped from the ICANN Bylaws and recommended for inclusion in the Operating Procedures. This document also will be posted on the wiki at: https://st.icann.org/icann-osc/index.cgi?gnso_operations_team. ACTIONS: At the end of the meeting Ray asked for Work Team members to review the latest version of the document and provide comments/changes on the Work Team email list no later than this Friday, 11 September.
