Dear WG members:

 

Welcome back, and I hope you all had a good break.  The public comment
period closed on Sunday, and so now it's our job to consider the comments
and incorporate any needed updates etc. to the report.  I propose that we
pick up our meetings on Monday April 12th, at our usual time of 14:00 UTC.
Dial-in info will be sent under separate cover.  

 

Several days before our meeting, Marika will provide us with a summary of
the comments, as is customary after all public comments periods.  If you
