Hi,

This is probably obvious, but i see no reason for the Technical time  
out in the case of these names.  I think there is still probably  
reason to consider a different allocation method - i.e. auctions held  
where the proceeds go to public benefit
(this is assuming there is still a lot to be discussed about how such  
an allocation methods and means of managing and distributing such  
funds would work, and that his WG is not the place for those  
discussions).
