Hi,

In the section on other ICANN intiatives I think we should take into explicit 
account the work being done to create models and support for an adequate whois 
model and the ability to cover IDNs.  Not necessarily a dependency, but 
something it seems we should take into account.  I know it is covered under the 
rubric of 'work done by other SOAC' but I think this merits a specific mention.

Part of this goes to answer the question: when we requre thick whois, what 
flavor of thick whois services are we requiring?
