on something as short lived as I hope this DT is, I would like to suggest that 
a council member, perhaps the chair of v-chair, be the one to coordinate our 
efforts with the assistance of the Margie.

Once it comes time to start the WG, I recommend that whoever coordinates the DT 
effort, or the Council liaison, be the one to initiate the WG until such time 
as the group selects a chair, whose selection will need to be reviewed by the 
council.
