Does the Wiki include the proposal Staff was preparing to post prior to the 
Nairobi Board resolution? In the interests of openess and transparency it 
should be available for this WG to review and consider.

With an updated list of group members now up on the wiki, could I remind people 
that it would be helpful to have nominations for Chair start coming in asap. It 
would be good to have some names to consider during our call next week.
