Dear Jon,

Thanks, this is qute helpful and there's a lot we could support.

Just one question on the RSP bit (which we would strongly support in
general). Your b) says " structural separation ": what would be your
definition of structural? If a) and c) are in force (as they should), do we
really need b) ?
