Hi,

[on topic]  The attached is, I believe, the latest version of the amended 
statement on exceptions.

[off Topic]   I wasn't sure who in the group was supposed to send it out, but 
since I am still reading the list on a Saturday and have not seen it yet, 
figured I would send it out. I am sure the two primary authors will comment if 
I got it wrong.
