Sirs
I am totally opposed to anything that steps outside the current UDRP
since already it is weighted against anyone with a numbert of undeveloped
.com or .net domains and including anything from the URS is unnecessary
and unfair. The fact is that the UDRP itself has bheen abused for many
years by company's who really have no rights in a name but are chancers
willing to take the risk of UDRP fees and hope they win, which often times
they do. The UDRP should be based strictly on trade mark rights that exist
prior to a domain names registration nothing more. What happens now
in UDRP is that many times the adjudicators of UDRP allow claims to
succeed that would not have a chance in hell under normal trade mark
claims .
As for ICANN, they are a total waste of space and money.
Sincerely
Kevin Reed
