Hello !
I know thatsomme few members of FOSSFA are also members of NPOC, but
what about FOSSFA itself ? FOSSFA (Free and Open Source Sotftware
Foundation for Africa) a capacity building organization. I will
suggest this organization as NPOC parter also. See www.fossfa.net.
