[soac-mapo] Revised draft Charter Terms of Reference for your review
All, Attached please find a clean copy of the draft charter Terms of Reference for your review and input. By the end of today's call, participants had reviewed all of the in-line edits previously suggested, resulting in this clean draft. The drafting team did not complete review of more general comments made previously, so these continue to be appended following the appendices. This content will be deleted before the Charter is finalized. For those of you who still have your comments appended to this draft, please let me know if you think your previous comments have been resolved with these edits.
