Thanks Evan. Let’s eliminate that sentence because in my judgment, there has
been quite a few comments indicating that people are okay with advice or even
recommendations as long as it is clear that the Board makes the final call.
Margie/Marika – please remove the applicable sentence from 4.3e as indicated
below before finalizing the poll.

If it will accelerate achieving consensus, I'm perfectly happy with the
elimination of the last sentence of my 4.3, or changing it to
"They will advise on applicability, and may recommend acceptance or rejection
of any particular string."
I'll leave it to Chuck's discretion whether to change the formulation for
presentation to the poll.
