Hi,

As Elaine suggested, it would be useful if as many people as possible sent in 
their thoughts on these questions.

In the long run we should probably treat them as if they were any other 
comments and include them with responses in the annex of the document.  In so 
far as the answers give a clue to changes in the recommendations we can include 
them in the main part of the report.

So, please, if you have a view on the what the response to these Staff comments 
are, please send them to the list.
