CLO: Karla I'd asked Avri to mute me while I finished another call => done
now... Can I be unmuted from Meeting View now please :-)
Carlos Aguirre: there are a strange sound in the line
Evan Leibovitch: hi all
CLO: I can come off mute when you can do that Hopefully Malaysia will not
call back AGAIN *sigh*
Eric Brunner-Williams: i'm going to mute my phone and go pick up a sick child,
i'll listen, i'll be back at my desk in 30m, and i'll offer text on specific
issues via the mailing list
CLO: One way forward would be to just poll the NOT at FULL CONSENSUS listed
issues and list those with presummed Full Consensus as well and ask if any
one objects to that list...
CLO: After this call for those NOT here now to contribute
Carlos Aguirre: I agree with Avri on the necessity to finish this document on
next two weeks. In order to do this I think is needed moving forward on the
points where we have not consensus. define this, and if we can get consensus,
we can put the other position (with some explanation about why) in this point.
Carlos Aguirre: I want cofrrect my statement made up.: if we can't get
consensus, we can put the othe opinions (with some explanation)in this point
CLO: +1 Alan
CLO: Erik was away from room
CLO: Eric was asking a question did any one else hear him ??
Eric Brunner-Williams: alan, if you asked a question, you'd want a response,
more than hearing yourself go on and on
Eric Brunner-Williams: it shouldn't have raa consequences, so voluntary by
registrars
CLO: Happy to look at new options on this section...
CLO: lines (current 258=> 264
CLO: +1 to Erik
CLO: LOL< I'm on mute or you'd hear my laughter
Carlos Aguirre: +1 Alan
Eric Brunner-Williams: i'm fine with developing country, per tijani
CLO: +1
Carlos Aguirre: developing countries is good for me. and the phrase would be :
located in emerging market in developing countries
CLO: remove the bracketed text
Alex Gakuru: time check?
Eric Brunner-Williams: so indians in north america? roma in europe?
CLO: Ye at 0133 hrs on my Sat morning tiem check would be nice

Carlos Aguirre: sorry, I must leave the call. I have to go to give classes. see
u on tuesday. bye to all
Alex Gakuru: Sory I have to drop off
Andrew Mack: Think we have pretty good consensus, just need to wordsmith to get
the sense.
Alex Gakuru: Bye all
CLO: Yes the Bullit points were to ensure NO Heirachy
CLO: Bye Alex
Andrew Mack: I need to drop off. Sorry.
CLO: STOP at the 300 point then
CLO: BYe
Eric Brunner-Williams: want to not limit assistance to ngo's or community
institutional applicants, but also allow for persons within the communities to
qualify for assistance
