I assume you are stating that what is in the current draft is insufficient.    
As it is new text, it will up for discussion today, and if you have specific 
edits, please discuss them with the group.

I also invite you, and anyone else who finds themselves in a minority, to 
submit a separate statement.

I do try to be neutral, but I must admit, I often do not understand what you 
are saying or how you expect it to affect the work.  I spend a lot of time on 
that exegesis, but still sometimes I just do not understand what you are trying 
to convey.  I apologize, I guess it is my lack of skill n the English language 
that is the problem.

If, however, as I understand the issue to be, you feel I am not being 
sufficiently neutral holding the pen please make the accusation clearly, so we 
can discuss it openly and if necessary can ask the co-chair, the liaisons and 
if necessary the chartering organizations to adjudicate.
