IMHO, your suggested agenda is absolutely fine.
May I suggest spending 90% of the call time on the special purpose
telecon on June 7th, and leave the preparatory for the Singapore Meeting
to the June 7th call, where the invitees might be able to make
suggestions as to what type of format, and when, they might desire a F2F
meeting to take place?

I have asked for those members of the GAC & the Board to email us in
advance whether they have any specific items they'd like to add to the
agenda. I'm hoping that by the end of today's call, we're able to email
them a draft agenda as proposed by the JAS WG.
Kind regards,
Olivier
