Michele,

I'm adding a proposal for a publication component -- support to applicants
to include resources to distribute zone files and answer authoritative
queries -- the usual multi-site, ANYCAST addressed, bind9 + at least one
other resolver provider package.

I assume you'll make the case why applicants should not be allowed, in this
as in the registry function (posted), the registrar function (to be posted
today) proposals, to accept this resource, severally or jointly, and why
ICANN should be barred from offering or causing third parties to offer this
resource, for the same conflict of interest and competition policy reasons.

Given the vast difference in our perspectives, I'm interested in where your
point of view finds support to be possible without causing onflict of interest
and competition policy causes of action where ICANN is domiciled.
