Dear all,

here is a second very small set of minor edits/comments from page 46 on...

page 46 - 1st para - 8th line: ..."candidates"...instead of "camdodates"

p. 47 - Replace.... "c) WHO qualifies for support, and HOW should
canidatesbe evaluated?"... by... "c) WHO qualifies for support, and
HOW should
candidates be evaluated?"

p.55 - "The WG followed specific guidelines11"...????
