It's right, we as members have the right to be informed about everything what's going on. If it isn't very important to us, than we can decide that for ourselves, but simply not giving out the information isn't an appropriate way to deal with a "membership". We aren't voters too confirm the board-directors might and power, but we are or better should become the main force of the whole thing, and the directors are those who do what the membership requests.
