I'm coming to this proposal and discussion late, but it seems to me that the tests for disclosure are reasonably stringent - I would not like to force a situation on directors where everything formally discussed and minuted had to be published in absolutely all circumstances - it would just drive some issues - particularly time- or people-sensitive ones - underground.
