Current Domain "owners" (DomainMark?)  could be given a SIX month period to exercise their option of registering an identical name using the new tld's. e.g (1)     a.com could register  a.shop  or a.eu or a.web (2) only registered financial institutions could register under .banc with the same 180 day grace period. After the 180 day period .web  .shop  .eu  becomes available to ANY company or individual and .banc or Trust, Bank, Banco institutions
