I totally disagree with this approach.  The courts have to decide who should have what (in the event there is a dispute)...By letting others take what they think is TM'd your inviting trouble...For instance if someone felt they had a good reason to have myname.tld, however someone in another country has been using that same mark for years...well you get the picture...Roll out the domain names, let the process set up by ICANN work, then ultimately if the situation is not settled it would go to court...SO placing restrictions on domain names right away is putting the cart before the horse....
