What are the United States Patent and Trademark Office doing to help resolve problems
of trademarks on the Internet.NOTHING - ZILCH - NOWT.
They should have told
ICANN at least three things:
1 The domain name must include classification (or
sub class), as it is likely to cause consumer confusion if not.
2 The domain name
must include country, as it is likely to cause consumer confusion if not.
3 That
for just ONE company to be known by that ONE name worldwide would be unfair to ALL
the other holders of that name.
