        I agree with you that a .reg or multiple .reg's are necessary, in fact a requirement or we will have continuing and increasing problems.

Would you not agree that in addition to .reg specific ccTLD's (which some countries may not choose to implement, particularily those now being marketed as pseudo gTLD's), that a gTLD of .reg is also needed?

If we'd never had open gTLD's in the first place, ccTLD level .reg's would be sufficient, but as long as there are com/net/org and perhaps additional open gTLD's I think there has to be a clear worldwide alternative available to TM holders or the existing problems will continue.
